You are absolutely 101% Right about Nurses respect and dignity in india. I am मेल नर्स and was working in Esic Hospital in Delhi (under Govt of india ministery of Labour) . My native place is Rajasthan. In 2011 when I joined at Esic Hospital as a govt employee. I was feeling very tourchred and disrespect by Seniour Nurses. They were working as a वार्ड incharges and Nursing सिस्टर्स. I was shocked that what is our dignity and I saw when doctor comes in round. All ANS ,incharges respect him and good morning wishes him/her and we got reply like as a servent or house keeping staff. I tolerated it till 2 yrs ( completed probation period) after that I did reply to all Seniours who were talked with me rudly . I noticed one thing that all are my Seniour nurses belongs to kerla and they told me that we changed patient diaper so you also definitely change it. मैंने कहा तुम लोगों ने किया होगा ab हम नहीं करने वाले 😂😂And after that I got transfer in Rajasthan region . Now I am selected in state civil service in Rajasthan.

Being a nurse I could understand your problems. But harsh reality behind this is that we never support our juniors even sometimes juniors don't respect their seniors also. By doing this we are not only humilating our profession but also conveying wrong message to our surrounding. We don't have unity. We are divided on basis of seniors - juniors, different department, qualifications like ANM, GNM, BSc nursing etc. We should learn this from doctors, technitions and even safaikaramcharis also that how they supports each other.

Ye to bohot pehle sehi chal raha hain...logo ki abhi bhi wahi purani soch...agar doctor ho to tumhe vagwaan saman respect milega...aur agar nurse..to tumhe insaan hi nehi samjhega...main to yehi dekh rahi hoon mere aaspaas..BTW...I am also going to enter this nursing world....

Are yar negative hone ki jarurat nhi , just focus on your things .... ignore kro. Nurse hona bhi aasan nhi hai , nurse are the helping hand , jiske bina hospital ya koi bhi health centre ho sb adhura hi h.. eek bat imagine krke dekh lo , kuch bhi kaam pura nhi hota bina nurse ke😊😊😊

Injection expiry date ho to pharmacy nahi nurse responsible, patients ke khane me baal mila to bhi nurse responsible, jaha nurse ka ratio for Patients 4:1 hai, wahi 1 nurse 50 to 100 patients akeli dekhati hai aur upar se har baat ke liye nurse responsible😅, Mumbai me to nurses ki halat bahut buri hai
