in 2024 Canada is not worth it anymore , all your calculations are based on if you have a decent job . There are not jobs anymore just few part time minimum wage jobs ! I'm studying in Canada and I can honestly say Canada is an overprice scam with no potential !

Good comparison, but some important points were missed. Health care - This is almost free in Canada. Cost of health insurance in India should be included in the table. Even then not 100% of the costs are covered, the Indian insurance companies will find ways not to pay. In case of accidents and emergencies or with a chronically sick family member, Indians have to pay a lot. This burden is eased in Canada. With children, the school fees is high in India, but Canada offers free education. Also the comparison should also be made with the salary of 50 K CAD and 5 lakh Rs, to see what those people are saving (many Indians make only $50 K in Canada, say taxi drivers, labors, clerks, cleaners, receptionist and other lower paying jobs.). There is also cost of divorce (happens to 50% of Canadians), where as in India it is only 5%. Alimony is stricly enforced in Canada than India

That 115 lakh salary in India is kina high. Bring it down by 3 to 4 lakhs. And where are you getting maids for Rs 5000 a month IN cities like Bangalore?

I have been searching for a job in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge region for 4 months. I have 1 year experience as well. I haven't found a job yet and it's already March end. This region is doomed. Say less about Brampton where referrals still work.

Well, everyone is giving you a head sign not to fall into the trap but you want to do it. It's not a smart choice my friend the reality of living in Canada is way too far for many. Especially if it is someone still in India thinking about moving over here, I would say hold your horses people here started hating us in every way you could imagine due to the actions of some people who got here trying to make this into a INDIA!!!
