These are the sandals that give me strength and patience to shoot videos for you! 😀 Something similar to Asterix's.

I was taught this back in 1984 when I first started framing. Then it was metal T bracing and then we went to OSB on the exterior walls. There's a lot to be said for let in bracing. That is until it meets the plumber or the heat guys with their chainsaws.. Keep on banging brother!

The metal t brace doesn’t work as good though . I don’t know they still use it

I love watching the way you do this! I'm always learning something new! I wear my TEVAs when I work. Better support for my arches.❤😊 And their awesome for ceiling and roof work.😊

I just mark the board position and then cut. Why would you put the second top plate on before getting the wall up into position? It's extra weight to lift and makes it more difficult to lock it into place with the other walls.

Or you could put plywood on it?
@harshcarpenter11 күн бұрын
If you cover the wall with plywood, then there is no point in installing a brace. One excludes the other.
@stevegagnon94513 күн бұрын
@@harshcarpenterthat’s exactly what he’s saying. What did you use to sheet the wall ? Structurally ply wood would be the best option
