On 26th January 1930, Shri Jawaharlal Nehru hosted the flag of Independent India first time under 'Poorna Swaraj' on the bank of River Ravi.

In the year 1907, Madame Bhikaji Cama achieved the historic distinction of being the first individual to raise the Indian flag in Germany, showcasing the “Flag of India Independence” conceptualized by Cama and the activist Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. And the same flag they hoisted in Calcutta in 1906/1907… This flag is still present in national museum, Delhi… in 1930 Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, decided to change the logo of flag instead of “Vande Mataram” he added charka to show secularism… earlier Indian Flags had clearly written “Vande Mataram”…. Grab your knowledge through sources like artefacts, events, that time sources, not only through communist written books… they have manipulated the sources in a very tragic way.

Government of India 1935 and Independence Act 1947 were repealed when constitution was commenced in 1950. Whereas the Privy council existed till Supreme Court replaced it in 1937. That what Laxmikant says, you are telling the opposite.
