I have a few Hart cordless tools and they aren't bad at all. This video made me want the chainsaw. 😁

I just got one of these and it’s nice not having to whip out the big bar gas powered chainsaw. I cut nearly a half acre of small trees in not time. Sucker is awesome for the price and I love not having to jerk that string to get it started. I wind up picking this one up all the time!

no kidding about the pull starting of a chain saw. good way to injure an arm. thanks for reminding us how evolution can make life safer

Very cool saw. Great saw for someone who feels a little intimidated by a gas powered or someone who just needs it for occasional around the home use...or for camping 🔥.

I’ve got one of these bad boys. You can cut so many trees with it 💪🏻

I ve had hyper tough and worx brand power tools for 3 yrs now for the random jobs that pop up around the house, and they have not failed me. I was just given this hart chainsaw today for father's day. Looking forward to cutting some dead branches in my back yard

I have been using mine over a year now and no issues. I also bought the Hart weedeater that uses the same battery, so I have a spare battery. Only advice is keep it sharp and it should do well.

Hey great review video. I've been contemplating getting one for camping and you helped make my decision lol saw seems pretty bad ass for battery powered

I am gonna go get one. I only had one in my life and that was many years ago so this will be all new to me. I’ve watched a lot of videos and everybody loved them. But when I buy it at Walmart what else do I need what kind of oil chain and should I buy extra chains. And how do you sharpen them

I would like to see you line up two rows of similar sides hardwood logs, and make as many cuts as you can with your Husq and then with the Heart, please sir....

according to some other reviews , the chain is designed for low kickback , which is why you dont have the dog spike , kickback is a pain but they look like they have figured this into the design when they made it . sadly i dont have walmart here .

People that use a chainsaw normally in the wood actually draw deer in, they are expecting the green tree tops when you are done. We used to have deer waiting just over the hill until we were done cutting then they would move in to eat.

2 25 23 colorado at the local w-m this morn' this very saw was on the shelf. yes, 40V and same price you mentioned. $178. comes with a battery too. that itself off the shelf costs 98. i want one for yard tree trim to save the bother of an extension cord getting tangled. and to take on camping trips. esp'ly when the camp spot has some of its best view blocked by nearby lo hanging branches. going electric will mean not having to bring gas and oil for it. there is an old & seldom used trail not far from town here that could benefit from a trimming clean up of dangling branches. it leads to some of the best country of all around here. so good in fact that BLM discourages any visits at all up there. and this old trail is the shortest by far of the 2 ways to get up there. my guess is there is at least one cabin up there that is habitable. first - come - first - served. the only big bugaboo is the start of both ways up are in reptile country. so you better watch your every step & wear chaps. the next bugaboo is how much trouble it will be to backpack it along with the usual items one needs for a long day trip. any way , R-R , good of you to make this vid and show us how well it rips thru oak

I bought one in May and have cut about three to four cords of firewood with it. All lodgepole pine. It works great. The battery lasts about 25 mins. I bought a 5mA battery and it lasts about 35 mins. The key of course is to keep the blade sharp. The one drawback I’ve found is replacement chains. I had to have one made as I couldn’t find one off the shelf.
@ReconRokon3 жыл бұрын
Good to know about the chain. I am still using the original, but at some point I will have to replace it. I used mine the other day and its still going strong.

Hey man... doing so recon myself. Your video popped up. Has this saw continued to be good after a year or so?
@ReconRokon2 жыл бұрын
Yes, still using it. I don't use it a lot, but it comes in handy for small jobs. No issues so far.

Do you know how much it weighs...I have a heart condition and it is hard for me to lift too much weight..thanks for the video
@ReconRokon3 жыл бұрын
Not exactly sure of the weight, but I would guess its around 6 to 8 pounds??? Less than a gas saw, but still a substantial weight due to the steel bar, chain gears, battery ect..... Best of luck. RR
