Loved it! My grandma makes a breakfast called "toad in a hole", but it's completely different! heat frying pan, melt a little butter in it. Using a plastic drinking cup, cut a circle out of the middle of a slice of bread. Drop bread with hole into frying pan, with extra circle-piece beside it, and crack an egg into the hole in the bread. Fry, flip, and serve! Its yummy when you spread a little hummus on it after its cooked. Nom!

I made a version of toad in the hole for my dad and my brother last weekend except it was made with wholemeal flour and instead of just sausages I put in bacon onion bits and a small amount of black and white pudding :-) :-) it went down a treat :-)
