Yes, but home-made is still better. Usually I use boxed chicken broth as an ingredient in other recipes (beef broth for chili, chicken broth as an ingredient in homemade chicken broth, matzo ball soup, chicken stew with dumplings, etc...)

Cooking chicken stir fry is my specialty 2 kinds of fresh mushrooms, red/orange/green peppers, jalapeno, onion, goldragon stir fry sauce, soya, little sugar, and sunfresh stir fry mix

Yup the chicken is tricky. I usually take it out of the pan when it's done and then cook the veggies. More often than that, I just season a couple drumsticks and put them in the oven. More often that _that,_ I just add some leftover meat when the veggies are done.
