I'm pretty passionate about my eggs, and... that's not HOW YOU MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS HANNAH! You're supposed to mix it with butter and a tiny bit of milk, and then slowly SLOWLY boil the mixture and whisk it while it cooks, and when it starts to thicken take it off the heat, keep mixing and you'll get this beautiful magnificent piece of egg heaven to put on a toast. Add some salt and pepper.

FYI, Kimchi is even tasty with cheese (At least with fried rice and cheese)!! In Korea, there is a thing called kimchi fried rice with cheese & egg (usually sunny side ups).

Actually cheese and kimchi make a good combination in kimchi soup! My mom sometimes puts a slice of cheese on top of the kimchi jjigae when it's nearly done, and then after it's melted she mixes it into the soup.

one way i like to make eggs is an omelete with half a teaspoon of crushed lapsang souchong tea (very smokey so gives a smokey flavour to the eggs), sliced cherry tomatoes, a pinch of sugar and salt and as its cooking i lay thin sheets of cheddar on it allowing it to melt in. then fold as you will and season with a small amount of seasalt

Hannah, egg tricks: 1)crack the egg into a small bowl first to make sure its not gross, also it makes it much easier to put it into the pan for frying and poaching 2)when frying an egg in a small pan you can put the egg on the spatula and lift and turn the pan (CAREFULLY IT WILL BE HOT) so when it hits the pan its a much smaller distance to drop so the yolk doesn't pop (DO NOT DO THIS IN A LARGE PAN AND I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES) 3)crack an egg into the bowl and use a fork to whisk it up first for scrambled eggs, also you can add seasoning at this stage then pour the egg mixture into your pan
