When in doubt, keep blending! (That's a lesson I learned with meringue! And makeup.) Also for a topping I've coated fresh-fried, glistening donuts in a cinnamon-sugar combo. That's all I imagine a homemade donut tasting like...

An episode of MDK is like a snapshot of life: Set a task, sometimes follow the directions or sometimes wing it, make mistakes (sometimes learn from then or sometimes repeat them), and results that rarely turn out the way you expected. But at least in MDK there's usually insight on why the unexpected - or even failure - is not necessarily a bad thing. P.S. use a rubber spatula to cream butter/shortening and sugar. And if you don't have a sifter, put all dry ingredients int a bowl and stir them well with a whisk. Just sayin.
@ohboilien9 жыл бұрын
Wow, you are so right! I just realised that since two years of me watching MDK I feel like it helped me to be more indulgent with myself and accept my flaws and mistakes. I always knew that she had great spirits (pun intended) but now it's really taking effect and I can feel that! How awesome! Thank you for helping me realise that, Hannah and +Middle Aged Nerd !

Makes me excited AF :D Gonna be my new catch phrase, "...startin' to look like a mutha f-ing dooouughnuuut!" Gee, thanks Hannah.....*cue inspirational music* thanks for teaching me that, in life, when you try something new...no matter how small (like doughnut holes)....it can make a person so happy....even if it doesn't turn out like you planned (like the doughnut holes)....it will encourage you to do better next time......therefore making you have a brighter outlook on life....because they will aspire to try something new next time....and when that thing turns out well.....won't that just make you happy?....and won't that just make you live a better life?.....*end music* thank you.
