COVID left a huge dent on public healthcare around the world and nursing students are still filling in for the shortage. Nursing is one of the most stressful jobs out there, they do 50% more work for less amount of the Doctor's pay.

Generally, no college experience is easy and since we have to deal with other aspects of our lives aside from our education (family, mental health, living expenses, etc.), that's why it takes a toll on us sometimes. But I'm glad I was able to come back to this comment and now I can proudly say that I'm finally graduating in a week 🥹 Sooo, yeah tough times will come but it's all water under the bridge. I'm not a medical student but I'm graduating this year too. Because of these tons of exams, graduation work, permanent crying and nervous breakdowns I didn't have time to realise what's coming. Med students are generally multi-talented and very passionate individuals. Imagine requiring a 4 year pre-med course or equivalent before going to into med you can have engineers, videographers, athletes, artist and all kinds of background who are also at the top of their college class or equivalent to dedicate their life into the profession of service. all that repressed talents and skills that you will not use in med, this things keeps us sane. I'm more impressed with the one who organized this, convincing med students to contribute to these activities is really challengin as they're more focus on studying.
