Harvard University sued for violating Jewish students’ civil rights

Harvard University is being sued for violating Jewish students’ civil rights, with students saying an “anti-Semitism cancer” is growing on the campus.
New York City law firm Kasowitz Benson Torres (KBT) filed the lawsuit on Wednesday and accused the institution of "hiring professors who support anti-Jewish violence" and "ignoring students' pleas for protection”.
KBT has cited Title V in their suit, which prohibits any institution that receives federal funding from discriminating against those based on their colour, race or national origin.
The suit alleges Jewish students face “severe and pervasive” anti-Semitism which has created a “hostile environment” and has made students feel “unsafe against their abusers”.
KBT has also requested punitive relief for damages caused to Jewish students in the lawsuit.
“Jewish Harvard students have been damaged and continue to sustain substantial damages, in amounts to be determined at trial,” the suit stated.

This is what happens - when universities - politicians - get into arguments over race. The issue is. We were so close to Martin Luther's call - all men are equal. And they try to define "race". And the harder they try - the bigger the mess becomes. And you can't legislate people - to like each other. That will never work. The ideal of freedom - was education - and judge everyone - by their skills. We are now at the point - where - one side is given to much power. And they can't control how they speak or treat others. The very thing they accused others of. Is the very thing - they do unto others. That's why - reverse racism - does not work. And that's the issue here. For every university/college/trade school do the following: 1) The accrediting associations that oversee these colleges need to wake up, thoroughly and properly evaluate the schools, students, staff and donation sources. Then suspend or completely withdraw accreditation. This closes the doors or threatens to close them. 2) Department of Ed is responsible to suspend Title IX or announce the schools on on probation. Another door closing process. 3) Turn loose the plaintiff lawyers on the donation books. Every dollar from a questionable country, group or individual is up for grabs. 4) Open criminal and civil convictions of antisemitic student and non-student groups.

I've read about various incidents, but I don't remember which ivy league uni they happened at: a Jewish student getting mobbed by a crowd of protestors who wouldn't allow him to walk by. Jewish students having to flee and barricade themselves inside a room because protestors were getting violent. Vandalism of Jewish clubs. You can probably find out the details about these and other incidents online.
