Today I went up the mountain to harvest bamboo shoots to sell at the market and buy more chicks to raise. This is the bamboo shoot season, so I take the opportunity to harvest and sell to get money to buy more chickens to raise. This is a small-sized bamboo shoot that grows naturally in the mountains. It has a slightly bitter taste and is delicious. It can be stir-fried or boiled.

Chào ch Hoa. Excellente décision de récolter les pousses de bambou. D'après ta vidéo, bien arrosés pendant la saison des pluies, les turions poussent plus visibles et ils me semblent également plus tendres et de couleur bien blanche. Mes connaissances sont faibles en la matière mais a priori ils doivent être plus recherchés du fait de leur tendreté … Récolte fructueuse, écoulement total des bourgeons sur un marché rural d'importance, où s'empresse bien du monde, et divers achats sur place, tels sont les thèmes de ce film avec au passage des aperçus de la plaine (ou vallée), plantes et végétation, champignons, fruits, fleurs … Bref une vidéo sympathique qui nous éclaire davantage sur la région où tu vis. J'aime bien.👍💞🍀❤

Merci C'est la région où je vis, entourée de montagnes et de forêts verdoyantes. Cette saison sera continuellement la saison des pousses de bambou, il existe de nombreux types de pousses de bambou ici et chaque type a un goût différent et chaque type sera transformé en de nombreux plats différents.

Où l'occasion nous est donnée de revoir le poulailler. Après l'acquisition des poulets/poulettes, passage à la maison en village pour en prendre d'autres dans une cage et arrêt au poulailler pour y déposer tout ce petit monde où il s'épanouira… 👍💞 J'ai remarqué ton achat d'une jambette de porc, dont le pied fait l'objet d'une recette gastronomique française. C'est dans le petit bourg de Sainte-Menehould (département de la Marne) que la spécialité réputée du pied de cochon à la Sainte-Menehould peut être dégustée. Il parait que le roi Louis XVI a été arrêté lors de sa fuite à Varennes à cause de cette gourmandise dont il était friand. C'est sans doute une légende. Suis-je digne d'un dong (jeu de mots) ?. Le billet de 5.000 VND est-il la plus petite monnaie du Vietnam ? Je te souhaite réussite et prospérité dans l'élevage et que les poules pondent beaucoup d'œufs. Et aussi une très bonne nuit.💞💞💞

Actuellement, le billet de 1 000 VND est la plus petite coupure au Vietnam. Dans le passé, la facture de 100 VND était la plus petite. Cependant, au cours de la période de développement du pays, les petites coupures ne sont pas adaptées à l'économie, c'est pourquoi mon pays a utilisé des coupures plus grosses (10 fois 100 égale 1 000 VND).
