A kid in a candy store of horse power and speed. This place is on the go to list. Cars away turned left so the left side the car was sealed up. Speaking of speed we have attended 11 NASCAR races so far this years with 3 more to go. Charlotte 10/6-10 Las Vegas 10/14-17 and Homestead 10/27-30. Not yet! I have had the Dutch Star FLOORED 50% of our drive time lately while camping and touring AZ and UT. We are on an Adventure Caravan 31 Grand Circle Tour of the National parks, and have driven 6% thru 14% grades!!! 14%!!! Yikes.

My first car was a 1963 chevy 4 door biscayne. 283 three on the tree! Wish I could have a 1966 Supersport 396 coup. My wife won't let me spend over $ 100,000 plus for one. What a meanie.😆

The scariest fast car I was ever in was a 396 Chevelle 4 speed. Made my 61 Chevy Belair 4 door with a bored .060" over 327 with Hemi Pistons seem like nothing more than a boat anchor.

Those engines were almost a work of art. In the future, you'll see some electric motors and batteries. Regarding Harvest Host, it's a good deal if you use it and don't mind boondocking. For us, a HH is generally not a destination because we just stop overnight. However we travel 300 miles a day and don't arrive until most HH are closed and we aren't there long enough to spend money or sightsee. Haven't used one yet. We enjoyed the Don Garlits museum and Unser museum in Albuquerque.

We have been getting better at finding HH locations that are open much later than most. ALWAYS check the hours posted, as well as the days open. We love the variety of the HH experience. We DO NOT NORMALLY save money by going to HH locations! Museums like this are the exception.

My first car was a 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air. Loved that car but it had a large bus size steering wheel and parallel parking it was a bear. It needed Comfort Steer! BTW, you may have won the race but unlike your car that exploded at the finish line, Sue certainly survived. Way to go Sue!

Harvest Host looked perfect for an overnight stop while on a longer trip, but this museum looks AMAZING, I thought it would be just interesting little farms or gift shops, but this would be a perfect trip. No. We have a crank up antenna that barely works,..........it seems to be broken. Our inmotion satellite dish we never hooked up because I am too cheap. We just stream Netflixs, use the CG Cable and the crank up if the channels are within 8 miles or so. We have two jetpack "hotspots" we use with unlimited data. These plans are no longer available.
