As from here in the UK, I also enjoy visiting America through your video's. I am always amazed at the vastness of the open space you do have. We are 'cramped' over here!

Thanks so much for watching Sue! Yes, it is so different for sure over here. There is sooo much open land as we travel around the country. We have also been to Europe a few times and really enjoy the culture, age, and history of some of the places there. Chris even went to a semester of college at Harlaxton College University Of Evansville (near Grantham) and loved every minute of it!

I particularly like the Harvest Host segments, specifically because like Mike Stoklasa from Red Letter Media whose Wisconsin accent really only comes out when he talks about ghosts, Chris' more prominent Michigan accent REALLY comes out when she says the word "host". That and it's helping local businesses and encourages people to RV in places other than paid campgrounds. Also, random side comment: I bet Aaron and Chris' favorite part of the movie Black Hawk Down, is when the commanders use the call sign/code word telling all the air and ground elements that their mission is a go. What word might that be? Well, you'll have to watch it to find out...or guess based ont his channel's name...either way is fine.
@IreneIronTravels3 жыл бұрын
😂 We'll have to check out Red Letter Media and compare the "O's"! We haven't seen Black Hawk Down for a while, so I guess I know what's next on the movie list!!

We don't use a dash cam, but I think a lot of people do. Probably for piece of mind to record while driving for any incidents that may occur. Kinda like insurance for people that drive alot.

We recently signed up for HH and starting looking at the map of locations and descriptions. Sounds very interesting and we’re excited to hit the road. You mentioned “too much HH in a row. Maybe once or twice a month would be better.” Just curious why? Too much wine/beer? Does it get a little expensive? We really enjoy your videos. Please keep them coming! Sake travels. Thanks.
@IreneIronTravels3 жыл бұрын
Nice! The just keep adding locations too! Yeah, it's just a bit too much to do 6 in a row unless it was part of your vacation or trip. You're right it can be a bit much of food/beer/wine and a lot of driving and travel. We tend to use HH as our date night or extra experience outta our normal routine. We filmed 6 locations back to back and it was fun, but a bit a too fun!!🤣🤣

Hi guys! The Alpaca Farm was our 1st HH visit a couple weeks ago! So fun! Our 2nd was HLV the next week. Bisbee boondocking at Juniper Flats for 5 days was a highlight during our last 6 weeks exploring southern Arizona. Heading back to Wisconsin now but definitely coming back to that area next winter.

Finally figured it out: You sound just like the Kate plus 8 gal on TV. Not only do you talk just like her but your mannerisms are exactly the same. Including how you sound to your facial expressions are exactly like her. It's probably not a bad thing but it was really tripping me out.

Hi from a cold France now, it's better to taste wine with something to eat beside not too tasty like bites of bread between each wine. It helps to neutralize your mouth and acts as sponge in your stomack. Also never taste wines with empty stomack. I could speak about wine longer but i'd be boring you. Take care friends
@IreneIronTravels3 жыл бұрын
Hello Pivoine! We appreciate your tips about wine tasting and I'm sure we would enjoy having one with you! We did a tour/tasting in the Bourgogne region and it was one of our favorite memories. Loved seeing the culture and the countryside of France! Envy the way wine is just a part of your lives over there! Stay warm friend!!
