We base out of California and have stayed at Harvest Hosts over 60 times in CA & Oregon! We love the program, but we both love nice wines. And CA has great wines! We have a small Rpod - saw one at your 3rd stop. Can’t believe how many RVs were at that spot. I think the most we have seen at a host is 3.

Wow! That’s a lot of HH! We do love the concept they have created, we’ve seen such interesting places we would have never seen if it were not for HH. We are definitely not wine experts but we do like our fair share of them for sure! Yes! That winery in Cartersville was like a mini campground! You’ll have to give us some of the best ones when we head out west! Thanks for watching! Safe travels too!

We've stayed at all of these except the distillery. We enjoyed the wines at James River Winery too. That's messed up when people show up after hours and don't make a purchase. That's a lot of campers at cartersville. We were there on a weekday all alone. We boondocked. wow, we missed the whippoorwill sign as well. We paid for hook ups at the farm but didn't pay in advance. The boondock spots didn't look appealing. Did you mean their German Shepherd, Johnny? We only bought eggs there but no meat. We didn't get a tour. She does have a good racket. 👍#52
@TheCampoholics3 жыл бұрын
Hey guys! We did meet Johnny, she does have to display a bigger sign at the entrance. Had to go 10 miles out of the way to turn around. She could clean the boondocking location up a bit or at least a fence around the "storage" location. Thanks for watching!

Awesome breakdown of the 4 places. I love the long video. We’ve been eyeing the Harvest Host membership for a little while but I’m not sure it’s for us. Having the option to stop and only having to drive 3-4 hours sounds nice though.
