It wasn't an ICBM. It was a ballistic hypersonic missile from the new middle range system "Oreshnik". Putin himself stated that. The speed of this missile is Mach 10. There was also one western high ranking person/expert who stated, that it wasn't an ICBM.

Each little group of 5-6 light streaks is a group of 5-6 Tungsten rods that have been accelerated to hypersonic speeds. They penetrate deep underground before all the kinetic energy is dispersed which is why "surface impact" explosive debris from a traditional crater is not seen in the video. Whatever was under that plant - 5-6 or maybe 8 stories deep - is gone along with everyone who was in that DUMB. The map can't be real, otherwise it would put Kharkoc and Odessa as part of the Federation. There is no way Putin can lose Odessa due to public pressure, at least. These 6-head missiles are very impressive... Sarmat has 12 of them, but Sarmat failed all tests but one. Anyway, there are 6 "waves" of the same type, that doesn't match Ukrainian claims that they shot down 6 out of 9. It's either 6 out of 12 or 3 out of 9, and the footage doesn't show the Kinzhal. Unless targeting undergrounds, I don't see the point of such detonations, unless it's so powerful that it has the results of an earthquake, with buildings collapsing and so on. We might see in a few days.

@@ムャlechat I checked that, Crimea was in red. Odessa was in Yellow, that's the southeast part of the Odessa oblast (bordering with Transnistria, Moldova and Romania) )that you took for Crimea. Kharkov was in orange, which is rather surprising... Unless the plan is to make referendums in all the orange regions, the red ones already being part of the Federation. The ones in yellow should be offered the "choice" to join other countries (Poland, Hungary, Romania), which NATO rules forbid anyways, remain in the debt-crippled state of Ukraine (possibly creating a new state to allow defaulting all loans) or joining the Federation as a single oblast (not sure the Russians want that, though, that's the historic OUN-B state of Ukraine, the red and black flag). I suspect it's going to be all what's left of Ukraine, with L'viv as capital, after tactical-nuking Ivano-Frankivsk (4 to 5 times Nagasaki according to Lukashenko) to show it's not a joke any longer. And for the NATO/EU countries, they should feel free to declare war to Russia in their own name. Actually, the US and the UK just did it for each of them, according to Article 10 of the new Russian nuclear doctrine.
