That arrangement is GORGEOUS!!! I love when you arrange in your hand. I can't do that because I have arthritis in my hands. Those simple flowers and herbs make a wonderful bouquet. I love using herbs as a filler. And yes, it is too stinking hot to be outside. At my southeastern NC house, it can be 88 degrees at 10:00p.m.

Georgeous flower arrangement. 😊 Thanks for letting us know thst the bu zzing noise in this video was a cicada. One of the drawbacks from living in the woods is snakes which will and do come right up into your yard and flowerbeds. And I have the worst kind...rattlesnakes. 😮 Over the years Ive had many encounters and some close calls.

Always love to see you designing a flower arrangement. Beautiful combination of colors and flowers. Squash bores/bugs...😟hate them and no matter what I do, they end up destroying my squash plants. I've given up trying to grow squash.

This is my first time of trying squashes. I tried pattypan and spaghetti squashes. But I lost all to Squash Vine Borers. I was vigilant of removing the eggs but still could not save them. I restarted and planted the transplants today. Tithonia also did not do good this year. I planted 3 places and lost two. Your marigolds look amazing ❤.

Squash bugs are the devil! Some say to plant early, some say to plant late, but the only thing I have found to slow them down is to plant white icicle radish with my squash and let it go to seed. It doesn’t stop them - but it slows them down enough to keep the plant healthy.

Your marigolds did great! The zinnia seeds I spread didn’t do well at all. Don’t think I kept the watered enough. Love the varieties you grew. LOVE basil and it’s so easy and smells so good. All of the celosia I have came back from seeds that were dropped. Can’t get easier than that! 😁 Wow, those gourd vines have done great on your trellis! I love squash and zucchini but don’t want to deal with those bugs. ☹️ I wonder if planting them in the buckets will help? Absolutely gorgeous arrangement!! 😍

I have just given up on planting squash and zucchini. As much as we love it grilled or fried, it’s just not worth it having to inspect every leaf on every plant. There’s no getting rid of them. They are the pest from hell!! 😂 I can deal with anything else but them.
