I wish I could get my olive oils this fresh but the only climates I am near to are mountainous and cold or desert like and dry none is good for planting olive trees

@NicoleGabor-q2e oh yeah.. it is. Its more work also because I could be doing things more efficiently. If I could have a better suited press with larger mats, each press you do you would be a substantial amount of oil.
