I think he may just be the favorite as of now till all candidates are available to interview and have in person interviews

I am not really sure who the best fit is… all teams want immediate success. Chemistry takes time, Ryan should have been offered one more year. This rotation of coaches throughout the NFL is ridiculous. Just my opinion

I think the % of run vs pass plays is what got Grubb fired. I was surprised, but upon reading/watching news breaking things down, he wasn't efficient.

Know who else just loves the Shanahan system ? Sean McVay. He OWNS the Niners since Shanahan has been coaching them, many times when SF has superior talent. I would worry that he would own us as well. Great info overall.

Yeah , running the same system as SF means they practice against it and run it better than us.

Do you have inside information that Fraley is not a viable candidate to be OC of the Lions if BJ leaves? You mention him leaving but not staying and moving up. Does Campbell NEED that person to be a passing guru or something?

Mark Brunell as pass game cord
@LockedOnSeahawks15 күн бұрын
Brunell is likely going to be in consideration to replace Ben Johnson as Detroit's play caller.

I'd rather have Fraley but if waiting isn't an option Kubiak makes the most sense. Need someone with experience here not another project like Udinski.

The Saints went 5-12 this year. Why would we hire an OC that couldn't do it with the Saints?

Would someone please interview the O-line coordinator for the Bills, Aaron Komer? This guy has successful OC credentials in the NCAA and knows how to put together an O-line and running game. Seems like everyone is just regurgitating the same old media barf and not looking for a REAL CANDIDATE. For criminey’s sake, just look at this guys cred!!!
@LockedOnSeahawks15 күн бұрын
He's been a coordinator before in the NFL. Not as if he hasn't had that opportunity.

@ Soooo, just out of curiosity- where do the Bills rank in the following: Rushing TDs conversion rate in the red zone, sacks allowed, rushing yards BEFORE contact, QB clean pocket time, O-Line average PFF grades? And I’m just wondering which Seahawks OC candidate has these types of rankings???
@alhandleit65255 күн бұрын
@@LockedOnSeahawks hmmm, so you’re saying that in the NFL, it should be “one and done”.. to be clear, you saying that as the O-line coach who was suddenly asked to take over a team that was so badly managed that the coach, GM and O-line coordinator were let go, and half a season as INTERIM head coach was thrust into his lap (and how many years ago was that??)so, he should never, ever be considered as an O-line coordinator again? You’re a drama queen with bad judgement , Corbin. Please go back to California. We’ll ask the “locked on” network to send someone who is actually an adult. YOU are not cutting it, and never have.

It doesn't matter who the coordinator is if they don't fix that offensive line I thought it was unfair to throw Grubb under the bus his first year, how are you going to ask your OC to run the ball when 90 percent of the time when you did run the defense was in the backfield before the running back made it to the line of scrimmage I want to seriously know why John Schneider has gotten a pass all these years except for the years where they got lucky by trading down in the first two or three years. It has been a disaster since 2014 how many round busts have John drafted too many yes all with Pete Carroll but Pete took all of the blame. This team's failures were just as much as John Schneiders as Pete's. And then to have your GM say before last season that he didn't believe in spending a lot of money on an offensive line knowing what he had as a group because every sports writer pointed out the offensive line as a major weakness. No, I am not a John Schneider fan I haven't even gotten to the list of free agents that were a waste of money. When you sit down and look at the transactions of John Schneider you have to ask yourself how did he keep his job. Let's take this year's free-agent signings that were dumped halfway through the season and an offensive lineman who was so awful for the Jets last season that in the very first game, Rodgers played for the Jets he was on his backside most of the time until he was injured I am not mentioning any names but I have to question someone judgment who says hey let's sign the worse offensive lineman from another team. Then I can compare our draft with The LA Ram's draft picks and it is not even close, is it?

Uhhhhh, NOT!!!!! PETE GETS ALL THE CREDIT !! Thankfully Jody Allen and her minions saw thru Carroll’s BS. Too bad he wasn’t fired after the 2017 season and we had to endure an additional 9 years of his self-absorbed smoke n mirrors. SO GLAD HE’S GONE!!
@markcoleman736815 күн бұрын
@ yeah and John had nothing to do how crappy this team has been how do you explain John off season free agents that are no longer on this team because they were so awful yeah and Jones yep John has an eye for the talentless
@alhandleit652515 күн бұрын
@ how “crappy” this team has been???? Dude!! What are you smoking?? Will you remind me how well Carroll did his last two years as coach?? Oh, that’s riiiiight- 9 wins both seasons. Carroll leaves the Seahawks with a suck O-line and a defense ranked 29-32 in total defense and little cap space??? Now Schneider picks a first time head coach and what was the Seahawks defense ranked??? How about the O-line ranking with a 1st year nfl OC? And what did Carroll leave the O-line ranking at comparatively ? I don’t agree with Schneider’s O-line expenditure philosophy, but he’s letting MacDonald do his thing. Maybe come down off the ledge and give the Schneider/MacDonald team a couple seasons to see how it works out- it’s hella better than right now than what we had come to expect out of Carroll
@alhandleit652515 күн бұрын
I honestly don’t think 1) you should get so worked up that you have to do a 700 character rant on social media and 2) that you spend so much time hating on Schneider just because you’re angry. Call a friend. Get a hug. It’s gonna be alright man.
