Actually, I don’t know why no one has seen/notice the pattern in UP. A lot of funding from deep state has injected into these election to demean BJP at international level, first being Ayodhya seat where BJP lost with 40k votes, international headlines, second is how every one was talking about 8 lakh+ margin on Varanasi seat for Modi this election, but the man got only 1.6 lakh margin, if modi would have lost, the entire mechanism of BJP would have been trembled, and the third one is Smriti Irani seat from Amethi. There were lot of ground survey which was suggesting her win, although narrow but not this big loss.

To be fair there is manufacturing, or at the very least assembly under make in india. It has actually boosted GDP and exports however the sectors that got benifits don't generate much jobs. Take the case of micron, it's expected to only directly give 5000-15,000 jobs. Yes there are much more indirect jobs, it can blossom into an economic corridor and it's an absolute must for national security; however it doesn't employ many people who are not well educated, an equivalent amount in textiles can directly employ 10x the amount. Make in india should also focus on the sectors that can employ the unskilled workers too.

Just to be clear for viewers - when l referenced the seats obtained and lost by the BJP and INDIA alliances, I was summarising the different quantities obtained deliberately so that Abhijit would then explain it. This channel is international with many non-India audiences so they won’t understand.
