Moses and cleary is the first pick halves pairing.. you could argue for luai based on combination, but moses has a better kicking game and can help manage the game along with cleary. If cleary is out, then the no.7 belongs to moses and the argument would be hynes for 6

It sounds like these guys are already writing off Nicho Hynes & are literally “flipping the kill switch” on his hopes for playing the whole series. Let’s just see how he & Luai go next week in game 1 & if the blues lose & both Luai & Hynes have shockers, then maybe… MAYBE Moses could come into consideration for selection. Don’t condemn or write a player off BEFORE they’ve had a chance to prove they earned their selection ☝️😁

Even though I’m a Maroons’ fan, I hope Hynes plays extremely well & if both he & Luai both have great games, I’d love to see Madge or the blues selectors try to change a winning lineup just for ONE player if the blues win.

@@gengarpokemon7731 … Given the enormous number of players either dropped or out injured, Hynes was probably the best option(I could be wrong though) available for the blues. They’re now acting like Moses could be & probably is the “be all & end all” solution to their problems… All on the back of 1 game. They’re probably only carrying on about him so much because the NRL’s “golden boy” (Cleary) isn’t available. They should at least give Hynes a chance & remember that if the blues lose that there are 16 other players to look at besides him if they want to change their lineup.
