Joel, besides getting a new tripod, you should get one of those harnesses that straps on you and holds the camera. It frees up your hands. Lots of KZbinrs use them. Not quit just wait the weather is unpredictable we did have 70 degree weather it changed so quick in two days we had sever storms with hail and strong winds come threw and temp drop to 40’s .
