The United squad definitely needs a rebuild, but it needs to be done correctly. My club Chelsea is showing what happens when you do a complete squad rebuild in 2-3 windows without experience.

At present we're only at least a couple of years behind the top 3 but we should be only 1 year or equal by now but due to EtH over spending & not bringing in the necessary players to give us the depth to deal with a 65 game season. This is what Ronaldo wanted the club to have a chance to succeed but EtH is the reason why we've lost so many games at the half way point cos he was hanging his players out to dry & he's at fault for 7 out of the 13 losses due to poor summer transfers where we want 6 players & only got 3, poor decisions making, poor preparations, poor assessment, poor team selection, poor squad usages & poor In-game management so his Job is definitely under review due to his underperformance as Manager of our Club. Conclusion We recruit EtH to come to our Club as an Approved Coach cos he definitely isn't a Manager in our books so he deserves the Sack so It's best for EtH & his team to pack their bags & go back to Ajax to reinvent himself & bring back Ole & his new management team (Ole & his 3 wise men)! SAF way & Ole way is the Man Utd way. Only the 5min fans (anyone under 30) & FlipFlop fans wouldn't want him! Keep it in the family. Pass it on! Keep it in the family!

Looking at EtH spending over £400M to get certain players & not getting them all when the owners released the necessary cash for him to get them in 18 months + the way he treated certain players e.g. Ronaldo, Pogba, VDB etc... + we experienced the worst season we've had for 60 years by experiencing our worst loss, a 0 - 7 loss to Liverpool & helping Man City achieve the Treble to us this guy came to town to Literally take the piss on every level! We leave you with this.... Officially knocked out of the champions league over 4 months ago is a sackable offences so EtH knows his chances of staying already! EtH has been hanging his players out to dry & he's at fault for 7 out of the 13 losses due poor summer transfers & lack of depth for the season. EtH has been the worst Manager at Man Utd for 60 years, we've experienced since SMB. This manager is purposely going out of his way to mess up everything that we stand for so he definitely doesn't deserve to Stay, Win, Draw or Lose on Saturday or Sunday. Get Rid ASAP! Keep it in the family!

I feel like people dont want others to change their minds on managers. Its ok to say we got it wrong and then u move on to find a better solution. Madrid been sacking and hiring managers bare times before they got ancelotti back. Fergie will always be a one off this idea u need to have a manager for 10 years that commits and try that model is a silly way to run a football club. The appointment of a manager should always have a period at the start where you test the waters and if successful you tie them down to a longer contract. Winning is all that matters. Pep has ruined the vision of football and how it must be played. Id take winning all day long over pretty football.

Ehhhh Madrid and Chelsea had the structure so when a manager was failing it was quite obvious he was the failure point. At United we’ve diagnosed our illness by treating the same symptom over and over again. Madrid and Chelsea had the best in class from CEO to fitness coaches. There’s no excuse for not winning. At United the whole environment is bad so even if you’re a good coach the structures and systems at the club don’t enable you to perform to your potential, whether you’re a coach or a player. Cant compare our strategy to Madrid or Chelsea
