did you change the rear door at some point? at the start of the vid you see a diff reardoor lining and wider window than at 2.54 when it's primered for the first time. i love your handywork by the way and got inspired to make one myself :P

Excellent work. Do you work from photos of the real vehicle or have one in your back yard ? Recreating a replica like this is very rewarding. At model shows this van will get more attention than the "shiny" versions.

You need to watch the whole process of making the model. I am the guy who made this model, and if you watch the build closely instead of taking false assumptions you'll see the blinkers, the back window, and few other bits got downgraded to previous T1 version.
