⁠@@Bluuuu222Except they aren’t, they are increasingly vague. “Sexting” = texting with the intent to try and have sex. “Sexually inappropriate messages” = messages containing anything vaguely sexual that would be inappropriate to say to a minor. This could literally be anything like saying “my wife had a sexy ass” because it would be an inappropriate sexual comment. “Messages containing sexually graphic details” = even more vague. Showing a teenaged ‘American Pie’ would also be something containing “sexually graphic details” Literally everytime they change the wording, it makes it more vague. It’s not anyone’s fault that you have poor reading comprehension.

Idk if I’d solely define sexting as texting with the intent to have sex. I’ve seen sexually lewd messages be described as sexting, also sending nudes amongst other things.

@@elijahschmidt8382 The implication is that you have a sexual intent. As in, you will get some form of sexual gratification from it either through sex or nudes. In the 2nd and 3rd rewording, there is no intent implied. If you showed a 17 year old an +18 rated movie with scenes of a sexual nature, that would be inappropriate sexual content for the minor. The more vague the wording gets, the more vague the accusation is. Why can’t any of the “credible sources” even quote one of the messages? Why can’t they actually tell us one of the bad things doc said? It’s literally “just trust me bro” being used as definitive proof.

Obviously there is a lie somewhere in the accusations. Soliciting is a crime, a felony. Twitch is legally obligated to report it. So either twitch didnt, and have opened themselves up for investigation. Or B) they did and whatever was in there wasnt enough for a criminal indictment. And then why did they pay him at settlement.
