I find it so odd that men think they are the only ones capable of having sexual encounters without emotional attachment. As if most of what we do as humans isn’t driven by hormones. Women absolutely can have sex without emotional attachment. And plenty of men bond after sex. In fact, studies have found that men are MORE LIKELY to find sex to be a way to emotionally connect with their partners while women are more likely to view conversation as a way to emotionally connect. After knowing this, I find it hard to believe that a bunch of men are out there not bonding in some way to their sexual partners. I think men are just more prone to compartmentalizing their feelings and reactions to outside stimuli so in reality they’re emotional intelligence is lower. But they do mental gymnastics to make themselves think that they really don’t care about the sexual interaction.

Also, try not to use their name, because some algorithms recognise this as well (specially on twitter). Use other identifiers. If we all start doing that they'll see their numbers drop and our "side" will grow on the algorithm. "maybe monogamy is not for you" is something I think more people need to hear. I've been in an open relationship for the past 3 years after only ever being in monogamous relationships before and I'm so glad that we did it this way. We always update each other and are 100% honest because there's nothing to hide, and it makes me trust him more because I know who else is in his sex life and he always comes back to me. And I didn't want to be tied down again so it's really the perfect compromise. I know it's not for everyone, but neither is monogamy and if you want to fuck other people that should be something you communicate with your partner, and it should ALWAYS be allowed to go both ways.
