I want to applaud you for at least being honest and answering her questions at least. I can't even get that, he just wants me to forget it and move on. If she is even open to working it out, time plus the steps in this video will help. But honestly, it's if she can get through the PTSD...the constant thinking of you with this other person, what you did to them, how you liked what they did better, her looks and shape compared to hers, and most importantly why you risk what you had with your wife for the lame reason you gave.
