Nice work all around! I just finally finished the mods on my own Hasbro pack. A lot of work (and quite a bit of pocket change, as well) but once you see the end result, it's such a great feeling to have your own, custom pack. Cheers!

Thanks for the message. Yes, it’s very time consuming and most definitely quite a bit of pocket change. The end result when you have a vision of how you feel it should look is so worth it though. If you do a video on the finished pack, send me a link on here. I’d like to watch that 👍🏻

Glorious! Question for the cables and hoses how did you weather them? I am about to upgrade mine and was wondering what method to use (streaks and tips, rub and buff, black acrylic). Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the comment! I used a fine paint brush with Matt black and brown enamel model paints which come in small tins and dabbed them with kitchen roll if needed. The silver bits are (silver leaf) rub and buff, a little goes a very long way with that stuff so go easy with it. I did find when using the enamel paints after dabbing the brush in the paint tin, rub it into a tissue to get less paint on the brush, you get a nicer weathered finish when dabbing the hoses rather than loads of black all over your wires.
