The microcontroller looked like it ended in a 30 not an 80. I could be wrong and I was just basing that off the video.

My treadmill works for 30 min and then stops. It doesn't start till the next day. The main panel works but the motor doesn't move. would it be motor control board faulty?

Assalamualaikum sir...my treadmill motor controller relay is not working...I check the relay...it is ok..when I m giving 12 volt from other sources the relay is working....but when I connect it into the Pcb it not working.when I disconnect the relay from pcb 14 volt is coming in the pcb .but when I connect it then I found there only 2 volt.....what can I check now...?.....sir. plz give me a suggestion ....sir.

Salem alaykoum. Just got a used treadmil with rly good price the motherboard was in worst shape than this the technicien destroyed it almost all traces were riped after spending sometime found the original problem was a 78l15 and 78l05 but sadky he destroyed other ics i couldnt replace cuz i couldnt find heree like the igbt gate controller mc33153p.... Anyway just wanted to say thnx from ur videos im better than local "professionnel" techniciens . Ramadhan karim 😊

I have been watching many of your videos and find them absolutely amazing. Your working knowledge of these drives are astounding, especially without the aid of schematics. I am an exercise equipment technician, but usually when it comes to boards I just change them out. I have been trying to understand more of the concept and troubleshooting techniques. Sir, My Treadmill employs the same SMPS board shown in your video.. The problem is it turns off within a few seconds of it starts full functioning, leaving the display a complete blackout. After plugging off the machine for 20/30 mnts and on turning on power, the same thing repeats. Kindly suggest a possible remedy, pointing out the faulty component (s). I am an enthusiast having basic knowledge in electronics. Thanks in advance.

hello sir. this treadmill im repairing when i turn on after 5 seconds display will fade. i am getting e01 on my screen display.. what is main issue. i want to troubleshoot my pcb.. i cant trace the problem on my display.

Hello. inc-b304-s10 speed control board failed todat. Appears that some components failed. Leakage from ine capasitor and at least one ofher resistor/diod is all burnt. Board has power and screw motor adjusts height but no power to motor. New replacement board is arpund $300. Way too expensive. Can you suggest a way to bypass the board by installing standalone speed control?
