When I had cancer it took me three years to come back from it , YOU and your videos got me going again were I am now at a good value of fitness at the grand age of 53. Everyday I do one or more videos from Hasfit. Unbelievably my wife has now stage four stomach cancer and your videos have taken on another special meaning. You're making more differences to people's lives than you know.

Wow Andy. I'm humbled by your testimony. You and your wife are truly the definition of the word fighter. No matter how many times you get hit, you keep getting back up and moving forward. It is my honor to be your personal trainer. Thank you for the opportunity.

I remember like 2 or 3 years ago when I first found your videos. I was so glad that someone was honestly trying to help my poor ass get fit without charging me lol. You gave me the confendece I needed of my physical capabilities, I then signed up for boxing and soon i'll be competing THANK YOU COACH Kozak!! God bless you for your charity my friend. You deserve all blessings in your life.

Hi coach, I had a major operation in 2012 with ulcer treatment. I was a fit person, but with no workout and not knowing what to eat , I really put on weight and to the point where I didn't want to see myselves in the mirror. Your videos has done a tremendous job, thanks for honouring us with this opportunity to keep ourselves fit. Thanks for the motivation and God bless you coach!

What I've liked about hasfit through the years is that you guys never are intimidating. I've tried other workout sites on youtube and they've almost always seemed like they expected that the person doing the exercises were already gym rats. As an educator, I know that's not how you motivate people to do their best. Instead, with hasfit, I've always felt that there is someone who knows how to motivate me. It is like the folks at hasfit are saying, "I know this is hard. Go at your own pace and let's get there together." Keep up the great work and I really do appreciate you guys!

Thank you for the validation! We can always try and make the assumption that part of our appeal is NOT being intimidating but it's nice to actually hear it. We appreciate your kind words and we definitely appreciate your loyalty to HASfit. :)

Hey coach, love the vlogs! Also, I recently cut caffeine out of my diet and have way less energy now and I have trouble making it through a workout and all of that stuff. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for other ways to boost energy through any sort of supplements or anything that won't cause adverse effects or any type of anxiety? Thank you!
@HASfit8 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the love! My 2 favorite energy boosts come from ... 1. water 2. vitamin d3. Drinking lots of water actually works to give you a energy boost. Vitamin D3 is really the only supplement other than protein that we take to make up for the fact that we don't get enough from the sun. It makes a huge difference for me.

please would you be able to make a 30min or more workout using dumbells that covers biceps, triceps and abs and maybe legs. coz im only 14 and im a kick boxer and I would love to gain more muscle and get a better body shape and just gain overall muscel and strength. ps. I know it a lot to ask from you but if you could do this for me (and im sure others) I would be very very very greatful. THANK YOU!

+HASfit I totally support what you are doing ! Because of you , my little brother (13) trains every day and is able to learn proper form for all sorts of exercises ! I also use the HASFit 6min-6pack abb workout every morning. I agree with +Andy Johnson, if you want to make a "vid about people who follow you and how they are inspired by Hasfit" I would love to be a part of it! Here's a link to my contact info (sites.google.com/site/whoisjdu/Contact). Have a blessed day man ! -- Sincerely, Jordan D. Ulmer
