Today's menu is Hash Browns.
It's a very popular dish that doesn't require much ingredients.
Highly likely that you have all these ingredients in your fridge so, do give it a try if you are hungry and want something to much on!
Be careful when you flip your hash browns tho... You might have to start all over again haha.
Ingredients:
Potato: 2 (350g)
Butter: 1 Tbsp
Salt: 0.5 tsp
Black Pepper: 1 Pinch
Water: 1 Jug
Vegetable Oil: 2 Tbsp

In Switzerland we call this „ Röschti“. We cook the potatoes the day before and it helps to get them crispy and crunchy.

Been a casual fan of "i'll make one of these dishes some day when i need to" and not really thinking too much about it Well guess what! I need to. My mother flew out to another country and so i am stuck with my dad who also doesn't know how to cook very well and for the past few days I've been really worried just making very breakfasty or light meals (scrambled eggs mixed with sardines, steamed tomatos, instant noodles, etc) I'm so glad to have remembered your channel exists for its always really simple and I'm going to do my best to learn more dishes so me and my dad don't go hungry :)

he did wash them beforehand. you need to leave shredded potatoes in water to get rid of excess starch, so that they come out crispier!
