Apparently, some people theorize anyway, it's your body trying to comb through all you collective memories trying to find some way, some answer, to keep itself going. The brain going through everything it stored to try keep you and itself still alive. But if that's true it's not like it'll be able to stop anything. Even if it somehow found the answer it ain't like it's gonna miraculously revive you. If this is true it's your body's fruitless last ditch effort in preservation. Tho I like to think it's your mind's way of calming you down and helping you come through terms with your passing. Allowing you to relive your life once more before you pass on. I like this idea more than your brain doing the equivalent to the sponge bob scene where in his mind a bunch of mini sponge bobs are running around scattering files around in a panic as everything is on fire. You will see your sister again if you choose to accept Jesus into your heart And live a life that is honoring to him. It's a decision 😊we all have to make because this worldbwon't go on forever. That's why He sent The Lord Jesus Christ to Save us from our sins and the condemnation we deserved. That's He gave His own Life for our sins on that Cross, and God Rose Him Again from the dead on the Third Day. And gave us The Gospel. I remember reading in some research paper years ago, that the brain activity during those last few moments are similar to that of someone who is dreaming. When i leaened that it kinda tripped me out because in a dream state, you have no concept of time. Meaning that those few minutes of brain activity could last a lifetime in your head. What tripped me up was the fact that meant everything you're experiencing now could just be memories replaying itself. After a while i came to my senses but i still remember that state of mind

I've two ideas of what is going there: 1. Feels like in these last moments our brain summaries everything what happened with us through the life, turns off last organism systems, ending all processes, and then executes last command to himself---Stop. 2. As some people joked, we see all memories, go through all our life moments, summary everything---basically, post credit scenes. By the way, maybe that's from where the quote: "Life flashes before the eyes upon Death", what means we see our whole life in these last minutes. In any way, it's surprisingly deep and interesting, like what we see at these moments, what do we feel at these moments, and so on. Hope you all, dear Readers, will live a decent and worthy life---have a great day. ❤

@@lwells3937 Scary thing was i called the hospital to check on him the morning he died and the doctors said he was okay. They told me he couldn't get on the phone because he was in testing. Less than an hour after that i found out. Truth be told he was probably already gone before i called the hospital. Then when i went to see him one last time after he was already gone his mouth was hanging open and there were still breathing tubes in his mouth. I still have nightmares about it occasionally.

The scary thing is, that we know neurotransmitters can significantly alter the perception of time (e.g., REM sleep, drugs), meaning those 10 minutes could feel like years, decades, or even forever. Depending on what flashes through your mind at the moment of death, based on past experiences, trauma, randomness, or stimuli, you could either be trapped in a hell of your own making or in a utopia-like state of bliss.

I was clinically dead for about 20 seconds. In my experience, I watched myself being worked on with a defibrillator by paramedics from above. I could see, hear & feel everything, but through a purple lens. My life didn't flash before me, but the opposite. I felt all my regrets & the urge to live. I remember everything as if it was yesterday. It gives me some hope that there may be something else to life after death.

Most near d3@th experiences that I've heard, the soul leaves the body and stands above it for a short while, alert to everything, then they're met by Jesus' blinding light. I don't know exactly what happens next because many say that Jesus says "It's not your time yet" and they wake up. My mom told me that she saw a light in her room the day after my brother passed away, it was like him saying goodbye and that he's ok. I'm sure your grandma is in Heaven, the Lord loves us as his children, he was probably happy to see her after so long. But try not to be sad, we're in a corrupt, evil world and she's in paradise. God bless you and I pray that you'll see her again someday.

Before seeking god from religions, its clear that among the so many you would think each individual religions all must claim different gods so none have the virtue of being specially true. Thats fair to think though until you are not familiar with each one's concept So the god that i will just advice you to find out and seek and believe in is that essential and ultimate necessary existence who is the ultimate reality the originator of all things. He is like himself not any other. He does not procreate or nothing divides from him beacuse he is indivisible and nor was he procreated from something. He is alone the highest the ultimate, he is Capable of everything. Having absolute will. He beyond all physicality, spirituality, metaphiscality, all realities, all existence are manifestations of his will. He is the absolute one above all. Only one in his fundamentality no parts, no peers, self-sufficient, eternal beyond all concepts of space and time rather all dimensions are there because he wanted and the way he wanted them to be they are. there is nothing over him but rather he overpowers and encompasses all there is, there isn't, there was, there is to be , there could be abd beyond, he the master, the initiator the sustainer of all realms, all fundamental laws and reason and mathematicals postulates are not by their own but caused by this ultimate will, he sets the physical and logic lawas accoridingly , he makes ultimate sense and does absolute justice, he is pure in his essence and not corrupt, he is the initiator and cause behind all, matter and energy doesnt come without will rather it is him the ultimate the absolute the all able who brought them from nothing, he is the creator so he creates yet he needs none rather all needs him, his knowledge encompasses everything because HE IS the reality, the ultimate reality the ineveitable truth. Nothing is beyond him, he is beyond everything, Space and Time are his creations, he is not contained by finite parameters he is infinite and beyond and this ultimate entity has intentionality and will, he is the ultimate conciousness the perfcetly sentinet the percfetly living, living eternallly free from the concept of time with what it gives of begining and end he is without them rather all those concepts are by his will. He is the originator of all concepts all minds, all conciousness he is the absolute one self, all humans are not but conscious because he gave them that energy by his will not from his as part. And then becomes the question of his will with your being sentinent to know him. Your purpose or mission in this set boundless reality he has placed you and surely thats not for you to be lost in insignificance. There is no question and no inquiry of cause and reason beyond his will rather there is always infinite wisdom behind each of his wills. No one can hold him accountable rather he holds accountable the beings that he gave the burden and responsibility with sentinece all that not in vain rather ith profound truth, justice and wisdom That which we wills must be and does become there is no otherwise its being is without question because of its essentially behind all potential of questions After all that said and established as the basis it becomes your journey to truth. I choose islam because its the only religion out there that give purely this very same basis. islam gave me this resolution and that resonated deep within me for this concept that i held and onwards from this concept of god every other thing of this religion is built and accompanied with logic. If you want know about sepcifics of this religion surely i have no justified knowledge but i would try to give you the pure islamic idea that should make sense to you about the thing that you are curious and indeed truth really is enthralling. When it comes to proofs there are countless for this kind of creator, its not non-sensical, mythical stuff Rather the ultimate proof of this lies in your self ability of deep thought your intuition can make it to this conviction on its self.

Well, its your brain, it knows it is dying. The "last ditch effort" is actually initiated by your brainstem and is called agonal respirations. After this, there may be electrical activity but it is FAR less than needed to sustain consciousness. You're gonna be unconscious and unaware 5-10 seconds after cessation of circulation. So unless there is an afterlife or some type of immaterial human soul, dont worry about freaking out for 10 mins before death,... its more like disorganized impulses as the brain starves of oxygen.

I'm maybe too used to being on the edge now, but generally no, it's peaceful and even something you long for. Coming back towards health feels like you're on borrowed time, just a shell kept alive by needles and tubes. Try to accept it when you feel it's time, it will be over quickly enough.
@Zenxx0-o4 ай бұрын
@AllenHanPR best thing to do is just come to peace with the fact you will die obviously I'm 17 and I think about death but I just think huh well imma die why not accept it instead of being scared on your death bed. Obviously I can't say much me myself will probably question why? Why do I have to die but remember living is a beautiful thing to experience it's something you will never have a chance to never experience again so live life as happy as you can. :)

It's only terrifying if you don't know where you are going after death. To the redeemed, we know Jesus is waiting with open arms to receive us into Heaven. Those who are not Christ's should be terrified. Only Hell awaits those who are not saved.

i hate to rain on the parade, but i overdosed from fentanyl 3 times and every time the paramedics declared me clinically dead (no heart beat and not breathing) before they narcaned and preformed cpr to bring me back to life. the first time it took 7 narcans to bring me back. and all 3 times i was dead and my brain was starting to die, i was not conscious at all. it was like when you fall asleep and don’t have a dream. i never saw my life flash before my eyes or anything like that and my ex boyfriend also overdosed and he said the same thing. but i’m happy to say i’m 455 days sober from fentanyl now:)

My grandpa died just minutes before I arrived at the hospital. I was devastated to not be able to say goodbye. I held his hand, still warm, until all the warmth had left his body. Something wouldn't let me stop holding his hand and I was overwhelmed with the feeling that he knew I was there. Hopefully this video explains that. On the way home I asked if he could hear me to give me a sign and immediately heard a tap on my window that couldn't be explained by something else. I've never been religious and have never believed in an afterlife but that experience changed me.

The feeling which you got is a pranic/ energetic way of connecting you with him to provide this opportunity of saying goodbye. When my granny was dying by some chance I happened to come home earlier because of some obstacles. And on the way home I was overwhelmed by some very unusual sirene feeling inside of me. It was so unearthly that it couldn't be unnoticed. It's sometimes arranged so to give an opportunity to part with the beloved ones.

My last living brother passed recently. It was very early am. Before I had to leave the hospital he was in/out of consciousness. His last words were weak and determined. Just 2 words repeated 2x. “Help me”. I spoke into his ear “let Jesus help you” I I touched his arm and kissed his forehead. I said @God bless you (his name) Jesus loves you” I wished I could stay longer. The other family members had a long drive home; as we had car pooled. I received the call from hospital at 1:35 am. Not long after I arrived home. I am still in a grief state yet comforted , his passing meant he is with Jesus. I have his constant companion His beautiful gentle German shepherd husky mix. He is obviously missing his master. I try to give him as much TLC as possible. He won’t leave my side. Time will heal the grief. His dog, how do you soothe his dog? Fortunately his and my shepherd mix get along wonderfully. They have played with each other daily. My brother’s dog is not playing very much right now. My dog had been nudging him to play. I think it helps some. My brother and I were very close and two yrs apart in age. We did many activities together. I miss his smiles and he loved the blues music! 🎼. 💔 I miss him right now. I know we will be together when my time comes. My whole family will reunite in joyful reunion and partake in the bride’s wedding feast ❤

The brain doesn’t repair. Our immune system does that. The brain mainly send commands to the rest of the body. So if an organ is dead the brain still sends signals but they’re just never received. The brain though does start overloading fairly quickly after the heart is dead because the oxygen supply is minimized.

The brain releases DMT when we are born, when we sleep, and when we die. DMT is an extremely potent hallucinogen, so I'm guessing that this final impulse is the brain releasing it and the rest responding.

The part of us we call "ourself" is immaterial. It may be modulated by the brain, but "we" do not exist because of the brain. Humans are body, mind, and spirit. Only body and mind die. Think of your brain like a Radio antenna. It picks up the world around us and allows the spirit to function inside a body. Once we shed the body, we no longer need the brain as we become pure awareness. God is awesome.
