Is qayd the same thing as fadlah? In another lesson you used the terms umdatul kalaam (musnad ilahi & musnad) and fadlah (everything else).

Salaam Ustadh I enjoyed the video and it would be better if you used the word extraneous as I was confused with the students in your class by what you meant when you said it's extra in tarkeeb not in meaning. It's (Quyud) an extension in terms of tarkeeb and extraneous/unecessary in meaning.
