Nope. The CC showing was 'Airborn' which Nami's bubble isn't (it's a stun, yeah it's weird), and the death recap doesn't have the bubble. That really was just Seth's knockback lasting for way too long.

The bubble count as both, but is affected by CC reduction and can be removed by items (such as scimitar). So pretty much it's just a stun but Yasuo gets special treatment cause he certainly doesn't have enough things to ult from.

Here’s a story I had with Sett : I played Irelia, get 5 stacks and then get all of the enemy(Sett)’s minions, have 3 range minions left, I Q at him and start auto, at that moment I was like “Ha! Im Irelia with 5 stacks, no one can beat me at lv1!!! “ And then Sett killed me with only auto(maybe also Q). THE END SETT IS NOT BALANCED
