Well, it's obvious. You can't compare KnY and TokRev in strength, because they are completely different worlds. In TokRev, unlike KnY, there are no demons and breathing styles. In fact, the only fantastic thing about TokRev is time travel. So it's impossible to compare their characters in strength at all
