Its a brilliant thing you are doing with HTU and there are endless possibilities to what you can do. I have a few suggestions: - Appoint a manager - Bring in a transfer window, you could do it so there is a summer transfer window and a January window where you can sign 1 player per window. - Sell tickets for your games, whether it would be for charity or for club profit is your choice. - And once you've finished Div 1 you could join a semi-pro/Sunday league.
