Every level has ground regulation requirements. Don’t know exactly but would assume where we are is National League standard. May be wrong.

Ground regulations MOSTLY have to do w/ size of seating, available facilities, and so on in non-league. As the pyramid becomes more professional, income is scrutinized a bit more, so thats where youll see measures like owning your own ground or fan attendance/matchday income being required or expected. By the time thats an issue, teams have already planned ahead.
