I did this with my ‘84 conversion. Next week I will be putting on the motherboard and completing it. It was fun painting it black and copying the scratched paint, very satisfying

I went a different route and drilled holes in the ion cap to fit the existing posts. That way if I want to return it to original I still can. Looks great too, all I had to do was cut down the M3's and add a little glue so they say in place and then the posts hold it tightly in place.

Are you gnna updrade your ribbon cable to a Fincher version?. As that was used in GB Afterlife+it has star qaulity as well

I bought a different cable on Etsy that was specifically designed to fit the HasLab cable connector. I’m saving my Fincher for my Mack’s Factory build.

I just finished my 1984 conversion of the Haslab.. spent the past day editing together a video of the entire process.
