well actually there are two counter scene. First when she ambushes you and the second is right after that (it's really quick, i have to keep clicking the mouse even before the scene started). After successfully execute them both, Lee will pin her on the ground and put his gun on her head :)

Ok, I played that part on my own game, and it's totally possible to beat her. You have to click her head after you stop her 1st attack, and you end up totally kicking her ass. The part with Kenny is the same though.
