Watching this video made me realize that I actually wrote a fanfic (though I didn`t finish it and later lost the notebook) in the early-mid 2010`s based on this DLC episode. It involved a crossover with 5 shows on Nickelodeon ("Fanboy and Chum Chum", "Rockos Modern Life", "FRED: The Show", "How to Rock" and "True Jackson VP") and its main setting was this community center during the first 500 days of a zombie apocalypse (being based on this real life community center not too far from my house). Each segment would have similarities, such as the dialogue choices and QTE`s, but would also have different gameplay styles thrown in to set each other apart. Fanboy and ChumChum (Days 1-7): Since I remember hating the two leads for how annoying they were, I ended up having their rival Kyle be the playable character (this Harry Potter inspired wizard who also loathed the duo with their shenanigans). Kyles story would be the most like a Telltale Game episode as he would make decisions that influenced the story, walk around and examine stuff and have a lot of QTE`s thrown his way. The basic description for Kyles section is that he and his class would be driving home from a long field trip when the apocalypse starts. He and most of the class manage to flee to the community center where they spend the first week there trying to survive, with a hoard attack on day 7 forcing Kyle and whoever is left to flee again (as there are multiple big and small choices Kyle makes as well as actions that can determine who`s still with him once the week ends, with the worst outcome only having three other classmates still alive, and at least two fatalities no matter what). Other choices presented: -The first big choice would involve the shows teacher, Mr. Muffin, driving Kyle, Fanboy, Chum Chum and the rest of their class home and accidently hitting someone who wandered out onto the road. Kyle can choose to either stay on the bus or go with his teacher to check on the person. Staying on the bus has Mr. Muffin get killed by the person he hit, revealed to be a zombie, forcing Kyle to drive the bus away when a few more undead show up from a nearby forest with a set of QTEs playing out, with the possibility of a student on the bus getting killed if too many are failed (Mr. Muffin would also be seen among a horde of undead in the final segment when True is examining said horde from a high vantage point with some binoculars). If Kyle went with Mr. Muffin, the teacher still gets bit but manages to escape as Kyle takes down the zombie in a QTE. Mr. Muffin would then drive the bus, with Kyle having a segment like Ellies in the "Last of Us"`s car ride at the opening. Later, at the community center where the group has taken shelter, Mr. Muffins health steadily declines and on Day 2 he wanders out to the nearby forest for some fresh air, only to turn into a zombie and be put down permanently by Kyle. -Another choice has Kyle forced to either save Fanboy or Chum Chum when they get left behind on the bus with the Center a mile away, as the rest of the class fled in panic prior. Like Carly/Doug, one or the other dies (whoever was killed also returns as a zombie in up to two different chapters, with two opportunities to be put down). The survivor appears at the community center for a majority of Kyles segment and can also be killed on day 7 during the climax if specific requirements were failed. -A choice involving helping a group build a barricade in front of the center or search for critical supplies is presented (building the barricade involves tearing down parts of a nearby playground while the supply search has a few recently abandoned businesses nearby checked for gear, with both scenarios having the undead lurking dangerously nearby), and can determine who Kyle talks with more and how successful holding back the hoard on the last day is. Rockos Modern Life (Day 125): Rocko`s story would be inspired by the Puppet Combos PS1 style games (it used to be based on the older Tales of Monkey Island games, but upon recently thinking this segment over, I think the retro gameplay works better). The story here involves Rocko and his group camping in this large forest not too far from the center, as the group decided not to camp inside as there were too many zombies inside to fight earlier, when Heffer mysteriously vanishes with circumstances pointing to a danger besides the zombies being responsible. Rocko and whoever he chooses to help would then try to figure out what happened to the steer while partaking in some puzzle solving (with choices made resulting in several different types one would have to solve to progress. One option is inside the zombie filled center, where Rocko must quietly open this tightly locked door to access a section of the center Kyle and his group couldn`t enter, as an item that can lead to a better ending is inside. Another puzzle is this quarry/lake one that involves Rocko connecting wires to a generator to shine a set of lights in order to safely move forward). Rocko`s choices lead to the same final room inside this cave, with the branching decisions leading to various outcomes (though Rocko`s survival is the only guarantee). (Second half in replies)

FRED the Show (Day 240-241): Out of all the shows, I will admit that this one was included as part of a challenge to salvage the series (as Wikipedia lists it as one of the worst shows ever, though I personally disagree as I find it a unique guilty pleasure watch). Basically, Fred would go from an annoying character who wouldn`t make it past day 1 of an apocalypse canon to a crafty survivor who can really save the day when those around him need it the most. Plus, with one complaint being how annoying his voice is, Fred would have long segments where he would embrace the silent protagonist role, both in gameplay and in dialogue options (and if he did speak, the writing would make his dialogue actually investing/funny). Freds story would involve him and his group traveling near the center during a heavy thunderstorm and get caught in an attack between two large and heavily armed groups, forcing the survivors to split up in panic as bullets start to fly. After making his way to the community center and killing a few of the remaining undead inside, Freds main section would be a stealth based one. He would traverse several areas and stealthily take down both living and undead foes in order to rescue his group and lead them back to the center, which becomes the safe zone (along with opportunities to find equipment, both in a new room on the second floor along with stuff Kyle and Rocko left behind. There can also be character interactions depending on who you managed to bring back in order before heading off to save the next person). There are several routes Fred can take to get to each of his party members (as they are hiding in places like a heavily looted hardware store or a thrift shop, with the gunfight and attracted undead forcing them to mostly stay hidden) with a few paths making it possible to not run into any enemies, along with several choices that can lead to anyone either making it back to the safe zone or dying on the way. Whoever Fred chose to rescue from first to last, how long he takes to get there, what path he takes and how many living foes he takes out are the most consequential choices (one outcome can have Fred actually lose a hand if he decided to save his bully Kevin last at the hardware store, as he decapitates it with a nearby battery powered saw a split second before being bit, with the other outcome of the choice saving his hand but having Kevin die by the same zombie. If Fred lost the hand, he passes out but it later turns out Kevin patched it up when he was unconscious, leading the duo to both make it back to the center alive). How to Rock (Day 365): The playable character, Kacey Simon, has a segment that’s mostly inspired by the walking simulator genera (mainly Dear Ester) as most of it is in first person perspective outside of a few QTE moments and specific story scenes. For her story, Kacey and the other four members of her band (Gravity 5) are taking shelter at the center and reflect that exactly one year ago, they were going to perform at an amazing new song at a school concert when the apocalypse started. Deciding that they want to perform the song they were supposed to before they move on for closure purposes (as the center isn`t fully secured and doesn`t seem to be worth the effort to make secure at this point), Kacey ends up walking around the area, takes out undead threats and finds musical instruments that are randomly scattered about (there is more than one reason why this could be). Whenever an instrument is found a flashback, with the length varying, plays out with choices made that can determine one of Kacey`s bandmates fate. It also turns out the segment may or may not be a homage to “The Sixth Sense”, because if a bandmate wound up dead from a choice in the past year the ending reveals they were a hallucination Kacey was having from grief (the dialogue is also written so that any of the four characters conversations can be interpreted as being there for real or a hallucination). The ending would have Kacey perform the song in a nearby empty swimming pool, ranging from a solo act to a five-person band performance before she and any potential survivors move on, planning on finding some survivor settlement. True Jackson VP (Days 450-490): The last planned arc involved True Jackson and her cast setting up shelter in the center, and from what I can recall it felt like a "West Wing" meets "The Walking Dead" story, as True and her group would do a lot of walking and talking scenes and True would try to handle friction packed moments/choices (like who deserves to use a better weapon to go out scouting, what an SOS message on the roof should look like, if a nearby house that has odd lights flickering at night should be investigated or ignored, ect.) and also partake in zombie slaying. How True handled all the moments of crisis, which impact the group morale, status of the center and survival odds of each person, determine who survives her arc alongside her. There is also a potential worst ending to the segment where True leads her group so terribly that anyone left on Day 475 decides to just leave her behind at the center, prompting her to run off alone as another zombie horde attacks soon after. The best ending on Day 490 has the entire group still around (albeit someone does lose a whole arm from a bite) and thriving, which could make the climax feel more lively with Trues group and the other survivors. The climax would have a military solider meet up with all the playable characters alongside the optional survivors on day 500 at a makeshift campsite on a hill overlooking the center, with past choices made affecting who decides to go with the army evacuation offered and who decided to stay behind and risk being killed by an atomic bomb, as causing a lot of group fatalities during a characters segment could drastically lower their odds of leaving. Whoever stayed would be shown entering the center one last time before it later gets demolished by the bombs blast, while those that left are last seen in a truck watching the mushroom cloud in the distance, with radio chatter hinting that the military is starting to successfully bring the apocalypse to an end.
