potatoes 4 pcs
olive oil
salt
pepper
butter 40 g
parmesan 40 g
dry herbs
1. Place the potatoes between 2 metal straws, thick skewers or sticks.
2. Thinly chop the potatoes into slices that stop at the bottom when hit with straw or skewer.
3. Put the potatoes in a mold, add spices to taste and pour olive oil.
4. Bake at 220ʼС for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
5. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
6. Grease each potato with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
7. Put bake for another 10 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
If desired, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
