Portion for 4-5 people:
2 eggplant
2 paprika
500 g champignons
500 g chicken fillet
300 g cherry tomatoes
soy sauce
salt/pepper
mustard
olive oil
lemon juice
honey
1. Eggplant and bell pepper put to bake when 200ʼС until tender, about 30 minutes.
2. Marinate champignons in soy sauce and put to bake when 200ʼС until tender.
3. Marinate the chicken in spices and grill or bake in the oven.
4. Cilantro finely chopped.
5. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
6. Chicken cut into medium pieces.
7. Remove the peel from the paprika and eggplant.
8. Cut into medium cubes.
9. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice and honey.
10. Mix and add to the salad.
11. When serving sprinkle with sesame seeds.
