This movie series does soo much for me with soo little. Just a simple set em up, knock em down in a small swamp area, and yet I can't get enough of the Hatchet/Victor Crowley movies. Also I remember mentioning the Feast Trilogy on one of Deckers Twitch streams and he said he hadn't seen any of them. That definitely needs to be something to make your watch list Decker and anyone else into movies like the Hatchet series.

Mr. Clive "Reverend Zombie" Carver offered Trent $1000, a whole $500 up front if he'd fill the shoes of 25-30 people, whom he had just offered each $500 to take a much smaller share of the same risk as a single person would bear alone. If he's not haggling up to at least $3K then he's foolhardy as well as a bad bargainer.

I think they underestimate the number of people happy to hunt Victor Crowley willingly. There is always a good percentage of people that do things for the thrill of doing it, Mount Everest springs to mind. And there's also people that would go out there for money hunting a fantasy. You get paid, you get rip roaring drunk after, and you have a funny story dealing with the kook of New Orleans. There would be a larger group than the movie shows.

Right, never heard of this franchise, but the fact that ten minutes into the movie the first victim died by being decapitated with his own guts, I'm definitely in, if not a fan already 🏴☠️🖤👍🏻 Edit: yeah, definitely a fan, love the gore, the double kill by the double chainsaw was eeepic! According to your final considerations I suppose I'm a gore hound, and I'm alright with it. I watch a lot of different style movies, mostly of the B category though 😅, and in this particular kind of flick i don't care much about the characters, once they're introduced and their traits exposed I'm satisfied, so I'm perfectly fine with the level of commitment I see here, meaning, pushing most of the budget and effort towards effects.
