Once again thanks for your accuracy and hard work. It’s really amazing the way you’ve created this programme; I’ve been doing the exercises for about five years now and it’s incredible how much my face has changed. It’s not something that will happen overnight but the more you do it, the more you build up the muscles of your face; and the fact that you change the exercises every six weeks has that shock effect to your face muscles and keeps them working from different perspectives. PETA first of all I want to thank you 🙏😀 for your great coaching and wonderful exercises!! I have been doing facerobics with you for about 2 years now and I firmly believe in exercises!! I do have a few questions for you. I am in series 6 right now and on ur updated exercises for series 6 you have only 4 exercises yet on your original playlist for series 6 you have 6 exercises. Updated version is missing upper lip lift and middle cheek exercise so do I only do 4 exercises on updated version of series 6 and leave out other 2 exercises from original series 6 playlist. Also this forehead exercise you have here I need to ask about. You always say don’t add exercises stay in series exercises and don’t do more. But my main problem with wrinkles is my forehead as I use my forehead a lot to talk with and express myself without realizing it. So this new forehead exercise can I work it in weekly In addition to my series as I feel my forehead always needs work. How many times a week could I do this forehead exercise safely in addition to series I am working on! I would like to know how much gym costs ? Also I know with fires in Australia this year it was terrible for Australia and now this virus. I will just say I hope you and your husband and beautiful dogs are safe and healthy! Hi Mark, I see where you are confused. The playlist that you are looking at, are you either looking at it on your phone from the playlist on the home page or are you looking at a playlist that is not mine. If looking from the home page, just expand the play list and they will be there. KZbin allow people to make playlists of exercises that are not even anything to do with the program which is incredibly frustrating, and when they are public everyone sees them. Just look for my playlist with my Facerobics name on it and that is mine. Ignore everyone else's. Yep, don't add or change the program, you know this :-). If you do add more exercises to a certain muscle group, you will fatigue the muscle and the muscle and skin will sag more. please don't do it. With the gym if you go to www.facerobics.com.au, scroll down a bit on the page and you will see the costs in AUD and USD. Its stupidly affordable hahahah. FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Thank you for response Peta! I got series 6 4 updated exercises from my phone on facerobics playlist page. I only take exercises or follow exercises from your site only. I got confused because series updates for 6 were dated in 2019 and series playlist on homepage are dated 2018 so I assumed that with later date of series updates on 6 from playlist that you may have cut 2 exercises when you made updates series 6 so that is why I was confused and thought I should only be doing 4 instead of 6 thank you for help. I did have 2 other questions though. First I also have led light mask but it is not same brand as yours. I know I have watched your video on mask and you say u do 20 minutes twice a day Monday through Friday. I have read reviews on my mask and some people are saying they do 30 minutes twice a day. So I do 20 minutes but have wondered about doing 30 minutes. My question is do you believe 30 minutes twice a day would be too much or have negative effect using led mask. Also I am normally shy ☺️ but would like to send you a picture so you can see the wonderful progress I have because of you so I ask you what email I can send pic to so you can see it and let me know what you think. Hi Peta, Thank you for these videos. If I follow this series 5 playlist is that enough for a facial routine? As you say not doing a complete routine holds risk of causing more wrinkles. Or will I need to do other playlists too?

Hi NT, you need to follow all the facial routines that I have created. If you just keep doing one routine over time your muscles will no longer respond to the exercises. You have to change them up as I have created in my program. Hello Peta, I have a question please, and note. The note is I do now agree with you about making a full face routine, this is much much better. the question is Can I make my own reps ????? because when I make even 50 reps a day, I noted it is so much as I note my face doesn't look healthy from those less reps too. when I do full routine 20 or 30 reps every alt day not every day, My face looks better. May I ask if this indicates I have weak face muscles ? or what???

Hi Fernanda, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we use our muscles to lift and the fingers are for pressing and planting to isolate muscles, Peta has a program which we must follow to achieve the best results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

When I use this finger placement, it wrinkles just above my eyebrows. I tried lowering my finger positions slightly but it doesn’t give the same lift to the temples.

For a year I thought its OR microcurrent OR face workouts. But it's not, microcurrent won't save you against sagging skin, you have to do those workouts. Thats just my experience.
