Thanks from UK, as you do not provide membership to UK, so I'am hooked to your "you tube" videos and I'm loving it. After watching and learning to doing correct way now I have started from Wednesday series 1 with updated videos. I am 65+ just I need to concentrate for droopy eyelids, forehead wrinkles, nasolabial folds laugh and smile lines, lift sagging jowls and cheeks and I got few wrinkles on my chin. Any suggestions for these problems or I just carry on what I am doing. Thanks have a nice day x

Hi Shobana , my name is Peta Dwyer (not to be confused with our Peta) and I am a member of her Facerobics Gym. We start with series 1 50 reps for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks of 100 reps then 2 weeks of 150 reps. We do the exercises 5 days per week 6th day is massage, 7th day rest. When you finish the series take 1 week off, learn one exercise per day of series 2 then start again on series 2. Hi Peta just wanted to Inform you how much I love your channel and admire your beautiful transformation on yourself with facerobics. Prior to discovering your channel I came across “face yoga”. The techniques in face yoga seemed to focus more on changing facial structure and less on anti aging. Yours tend to focus on both. Is there a difference between face yoga and facerobics?

Thank you Peta! I have a question about the Exercise Along With Me videos. I have a hard time keeping up the speed and still doing the correct form sometimes. Is it okay for me to go slower if I do the same number of reps?

Hello Peta ....thanks for your videos and your excellent work ....i am doing the serie 1 (very begining) and have one question .... is possible doing the exercises normally after doing a botox or a Polydioxanone line ? thanks in advance for any help.

hi Leonardo, it depends on whether the botox or filler have dispersed. If you have had botox, you wont be able to move your muscles, if you have had fillers, you will prematurely disperse the substance. so, after they have all fully dispersed, you can do them then, otherwise you cant do facial exercises. :-)

One more question i didn ot see any exercise using counter force or resistence in the cheek lifter exercises. Is there any exercise using the method in the advance series ? (i am doing the serie one right now with 100 rep). thanks very much for your attention

Okay, I give up, now you're getting a lot of eye brow movement, Mine don't move at all. It's really incredibly confusing and I'm afraid to continue bc I'll cause more wrinkles! But I'd love to get it because you look amazing!! Do you ever do private youtube sessions/

I suggest you may not have your fingers in the correct position or perhaps you are not pressing firmly, if you do,, the eye brows move in with the opening and shutting of the eyes. When we do any series 1-6 we do all the exercises in that series for 5 days, we start with 50 reps for 2 weeks then 100 reps for 2 weeks then 150 reps for 2 weeks. After completing the 6 weeks of the series we rest for 1 week, each day learn 1 exercise of the next series, then after the week off we start the next series. When I'm doing the eyelid lift, my forehead wrinkles. Will this go away as I do the exercises regularly and my forehead wrinkles decrease? I don't want to increase my forehead wrinkles!!

Hello! Every time i do an exercise for the eyes, small folds are formed (even during) in the eyelid below near the tear duct. I dont squeeze to much, but it still happens even if i focus only on the upper eyelid. These fine lines remain after a while ,so what can i do? Ps i always keep my fingers in place and i dont pull the skin.

no you cant, you have to follow the program as prescribed, and if you do just one eye with my program , you wll have more problems.
