I believe he runs a split signal through both a guitar amp and bass amp, probably with an octave pedal on the bass signal chain. He also employs some non-standard tunings which fill out the sound and are lower (C, etc.)

I’m so glad to finally see them on the channel cuz they’re live performances are always improvised and they build upon their songs. Josh has an infectious energy that’s electric and Nikko is so loud and technical that it’s impossible to know who to look at on stage. The audio was impeccable too btw. i feel like its too surgical to be considered noise tbh. They're very obviously heavily inspired by the tonal concepts used by acts like lightning bolt, but LB always sounds like they're primed to explode while they're playing. This is good, its just way more controlled.

Saw them open for August Burns Red a few years ago. I was blown away by their sound and energy for being a two-piece. Their second album is my favorite. Melodic and heavy in a way no one else is.

My father was 68 when he passed away. And by freak chance I ended up seeing 68 perform live on the anniversary of his death. They opened for Korn whos lead singer was struggling to perform because he was having breathing issues caused by Covid. And my dad died shortly after getting a major operation that hopefully would have allowed him to breath without an oxygen tank. It was an amazing evening even with the mind f... from all the weird coincidences that happened that night.
