I had a way worse experience, people would leave their cereal with milk bowls to completely rot next to the sink. They'd have full loud parties and spill drinks everywhere and leave it for 3-4 days and everything turned sticky and gross. People would just have sex in the kitchen and I couldn't go eat. Sucked for me.

I was one of three people out of a group of ten who managed to endure the full 100 minutes of centurion. That wasn't easy and I remember not only being incredibly bloated throughout, but the minutes come around so quickly when you're playing. You end up having to take shots with you every time you go to the toilet and having the other players scream through to you "SHOT!" to make sure you do it on time.

Wizard staff isn't just a British thing. We used to do that with PBR because it was basically water. Also instead of "Edward Cider Hands", we played "Edward 40 Hands". 40 oz malt liquor. That will get you messed up.

In Leeds the student nights were as Smith described. They were more on nights when regular people would be working, but you didn't have to show student ID. If you went to the same clubs on a weekend you would get young people and middle aged people.

Fucking loved playing wizard sticks back in undergrad. We also did a game where everyone bought a few 4 or 6 packs and then you'd put the plastic ringthings around your wrists and pull away and whoever's wrist they stayed on had to keep it on all night so I've been sat there with a wizard stick taller than myself with a box on my head and 4 plastic can holder things on my wrist. And I still wonder why I wasn't allowed in the club after

i love stupid nights out like that. i remember going to this shitty club that we loved and at about 1am the DJ said for everyone to come to the dance floor. when it was packed about 200 pillows were thrown out and we all just bet the shit out of each other with pillows on the dance floor for the rest of the night... god i miss that dump.

In my town not far from Bristol a 'student night' is a just when a nightclub reduces all drinks to like £1 or £2 until around 1am on a wednesday. You don't have to provide any student id so it's literally filled with non-students and men in their 40s+

My friends and I would play a game we called "The Dirty Kirk" where we would buy a Kirkland 48 pack of beer and have to drink two beers an hour over the course of 24 hours. If you passed out your body would be mutilated with Sharpies by the survivors. EDIT: In the US it's called Edward 40 hands and you have to tape 2 40 ounce beers to your hands. My friend did it and drunkenly fell on his hands and broke them. We had to pick the glass out of his hands that were wrapped in like 4 layers of duct tape and soaked in blood and beer. Good times.
