Well, very basic mistakes killed them, let's be honest. It was way too chaotic. Double orders is a killer but two servers should easily handle that amount of people. It's understandable, they just started playing, but they made many mistakes.

Ack, that last day was so salvageable. If they'd just not panicked, focused on getting orders out together and cleaning the tables together... it really could have worked. I hear they've gotten better in recent streams, so I'll look forward to their improvement!

My dad was 16 in the late 60s in America. He worked on the roads, paving and packing and whatever else. No one particularly liked him cuz most were much older men, but one man would eat lunch with him and tell absurd stories full of lies, all while eating the same lunch everyday, one whole raw onion and a coke. And that he can just use the oil with a ball of dough and make it a pizza dough. He doesn't have to set it down, pick up the oil and use the oil on the ball. The most efficient way is having the oil in a sink and double use the flour on it to make a pizza dough super fast.
