Hatians Stranded on Cay Lobos Island, Bahamas (November 12, 1980)

ABC News correspondent David Garcia delivers an update on the status of Haitian refugees stranded in Cay Lobos, Bahamas. In an interview with the Reverend Gérard Jean-Juste, a Haitian community leader from Miami pledges his support to the refugees. Claude Peter, the leader of the refugees refuses to go back to Haiti, despite insistence from Bahamian officials on the island.
