Reply 12 years later, the difference between append is that it’s the updated version of the voice Bank ranging with different vocal presets and types, and it’s the more diverse version of the VB. It’s basically the updated V2

I can listen to the voice of Hatsune Miku. But, it is very small. It defeated the sound of musical instruments. I felt the limitation of Vocaloid. - うーん、楽器の音の奥で、初音ミクの声が非常に小さく聞こえていますが……。 これ以上 初音ミクの声を大きくすると、聞きづらくなるのでしょうね。 ボーカロイドの限界を感じました。
